Preparations for the upcoming Paris Session are underway, with online registrations officially opening on 16 February. Delegates, companions, exhibitors, and visitors are encouraged to prepare in advance to ensure a smooth registration process.

All future delegates and companions are strongly encouraged to review the registration rates and terms ahead of time. Doing so will allow participants to complete their registration promptly once the system opens.

Visa Requests for Delegates & Companions

After completing the online registration, delegates will be able to submit a visa request directly through their Registration account.

Once the visa form is completed, an official invitation letter will be immediately available for download, which can then be forwarded to the relevant authorities in the delegate’s country.

Exhibition Visitors

Access for exhibition visitors is strictly limited to the exhibition area.

While access does not include session participation, registration remains mandatory for all visitors.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors will receive badges for staff members assigned to their stands, ensuring proper access throughout the exhibition period.
