Registrations for the Paris Session are now open.

Delegates & Companions

Attendance at the Paris Session, including the meeting rooms and the technical exhibition, requires prior online registration.

Delegates & Companions Visa request
Once a registration is paid, delegates can fill in the visa form available in their registrations account. For detailed information on visa procedures, please consult the official French government website: https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/. You may also check general entry requirements and visa guidelines on the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs website: https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/.

The visitors’ access is strictly limited to the exhibition area however the registration is mandatary.

Exhibitors will get badges for the staff staying on the stand.
