When completing the online registration for the Session 2026, delegates must select the option “Will attend the Welcome Cruise” should their accompanying person wish to participate.
As a registered companion to the Cruise Tea Time, you are invited to get your voucher that will allow you to participate to this event. Collect your voucher at the Palais des Congrès, Level 1 Mathez-Viazur information desk on :
- August, Sunday 23rd from 9:30 (am) until 6:00 (pm)
- August, Monday 24th from 8:30 (am) until 11:00 (am)
Vouchers will be issued upon presentation of the Companion badge.
At the meeting point, boarding will be authorized upon presentation of both the Session Badge AND the access voucher.
