Important
Submission Deadlines apply for National Committees, which implies that they will have received synopses/full papers earlier from authors. Hence authors must contact their National Committee who will let them know when they need to receive the synopses/full Papers.
Authors from countries where there is no National Committee will be sending their synopsis/full Papers directly to the Central office strictly observing the deadlines.
