Main points summarised:

Session Papers and process are unique

The Paris Session papers are not like those of a typical conference. They are a used as a tool that allows authors to both present and contribute to the latest thought leadership.

There are four components that support this:

  1. Pre-Session: Contributions process – inviting community input vs the papers
  2. @the Session: Group Discussion Meeting (GDM’s) – debate of that
  3. @the Session: Poster Session – where you can present your paper
  4. @the Session and afterwards: Proceedings of the GDM’s
